These adjustable reusable party crowns resize to suit any size head. Made with button elastic and wooden button, they can be adjusted from 42 to 60cm. These resizable party hats are made from 30 different colours of beautiful glitter cotton that glistens and sparkles in the light!
They can roll up and fit inside a Christmas cracker, or are perfect for any celebration and can be reused for years to come.
